The Burnout Reset is a 90-minute 1:1 session combining neuroscience, somatic practice, and guided creative expression. Designed for high-achieving people who are running on empty and need more than another massage. No art experience needed.

Using a guided sequence of mind-body regulation, and creative expression, we move out of stress mode and into genuine rest. Not the kind where you're still half-thinking about your to-do list. The kind where you are fully present and forget about everything you need to do for a moment.

01 / Rest
We begin with gentle body-based work to settle your nervous system. Breathwork, grounding, and somatic awareness — no experience needed, nothing to get right.
02 / Restore
A guided creative process using colour, movement, and abstract expression. This is where the nervous system does something it rarely gets to do: let go. Expect to be surprised by what comes through.
03 / Reignite
We close with reflection and a clear next step. You leave with your own piece of abstract art, practical nervous system reset tools, and a guided creative meditation to use at home.
